We coordinate men & women's personal safety and support groups along with batterer's intervention programs and an abuser's support group. Our Mentouring™ & Womentouring™ program is for ALL people! We  are a guiding light  to individuals of ALL ages so as to bring them out of the depths of death, darkness, and pain. We show EVERYONE how to live a  mentally healthy, violent and abuse free life.

COURT ORDER REFERRAL AND VOLUNTEER ON-SITE/ PRISON/ JAIL TRAINING 

 

 We offer alternative to incarceration solutions from a "REAL" source with cognitive behavior and life skills/coping techniques alongside critical and reflective thinking. We will establish services and a culture where victimizers will proactively come forward out of darkness, for a high-quality mental and behavioral solution. We are not judging, challenging, or calling batterers, bullies, or abusers out, but rather, we are calling them in to receive their permanent healing and love.

A.W. Burgess is the change he seeks for ALL humanity! Respectfully, he truly does not want to see ANYONE destroy their family, lives, and legacies because of domestic violence, child abuse, or bullying! As a former domestic violence offender he will spend the rest of his life advocating for the safety of all women, children, a few good men, animals, those with disabilities, LGBTQ, and the elderly for the purpose of permanently eradicating domestic violence, child abuse, and bullying!

We provide policy, procedure, comprehensive organizational assessments, and domestic violence, and corporate bullying/workplace violence training. The bottom-line is healthy employees lead to a healthy workplace culture which leads directly to healthy profits! How many of your employees come to work each day as a victim or victimizer of domestic violence? How many are being harassed, bullied, or abused by another employee? If you knew they were being harmed or harming others would you help or would you be an enabler or sideliner?
